Atrocities happen every day an the Texas/Mexico border to children, women, the elderly, entire families, businesses.

This American journalist voluntarily went into a war zone. People get shot, and blown up in a war zone. He and others walked up "unannounced" on a check point and he caught one in the neck.
No one knows yet whether the Russians shot him, or the Ukrainians.

People are killing each other, and these "journalists" are walking around filming the fun.

BTW, he was freelancing on his own. He gets all his film footage together  comes back to the states and sells it to the highest bidder.

i do agree that that journalist getting killed shouldnt change a thing. He knew the risk and got paid good money to be there. Its not like he was drafted or was doing anything heroic.

At one point,  the various "news " organizations
have said that border jumper females were raped/
molested/sexually assaulted at a 60% rate.
They've also reported 1 in 3 females were sexually
assaulted in different reports. I'm not sure which
is more accurate, but I wouldn't doubt either way
I do know the cartel people were punishing people
by either burning them alive in a vehicle that needed
disposing of,  or by sandwiching them in a stack
of tires and setting that ablaze, all as a lesson to
those that oppose them

  Lloyd, let's reflect just a bit..  When you and I joined the military, we faced a danger of death or serious wounding.  ...But did we join planning on being wounded or killed?
   I sure didn't, while I knew there was a risk, I didn't plan on being killed..

   .And yes, heroes are made in rare circumstances..   If you ship were sunk or my tank hit..we would not be killed as "heroes', but rather..just a couple guys doing their job..  ..Same for the reporter as I see it !

I don't think some of you guys understand the seriousness of the Ukrainian invasion.  Russia put their nukes on high alert.  Putin is getting desperate.  He is hiring Syrian mercenaries to fight because his troops don't really want to fight.  He has begun bombing hospitals, apartments, and indiscriminate shelling of civilians.  Why?  Because he was not able to just drive in with his army and "liberate" Ukraine from NAZIS.  Ukraine has only documented 900 NAZI fighters that hate Russians and communism.  900.  We probably have more skinheads, KKK, and NAZI's in the US, but they don't control the country like Putin said they did in Ukraine.  Putin, everyday is pushing his limits.  He sent a cruze missle that hit 12 miles from the Polish border.  NATO countries near Russia's border are begging for a no fly zone.  If we have a no fly zone, does that mean NATO planes will get in a battle with Russian planes.  Will Putin resort to chemical or biological warfare if he can't take the country soon.  One general said he would run out of ammo and food in the next 10 days for his troops.  Captured Russians had food that was out of date in 2015.  Putin is a mad man.  He might push the nuclear button.  This is why we should worry and keep up with what is going on.  Like I said, BBC has more boots on the ground and are doing a very good job with pictures and what is going on over there.

Yes, I have read and heard it over and over about the Hispanic invasion from the south.  NOTHING is going to be done about it until we get another president.  Not enough young people who can take off work to go guard the border, because young conservatives have to work for a living. 

Putin has to be stopped, hopefully by a coup within Russia to oust him from office.  I just hope Ukraine can hold on long enough for Russia to stop this madness.  Russia has proven to be a 3rd world country with nukes.  Our lack of strong leadership now has Iran shooting missles at our consulate in a city in Iraq violating Iraq's air space.  China is chomping at the bits to take Taiwan.  Where is our leadership?

   Guess that is just me...after seeing the bear swallow up smaller nations for nearly 50 years, and put them in slavery, I remain very suspicious.  Perhaps I am guilty of cheering for the little guy, when the bully is pounding on him !
...The little guy who wants nothing more than for the bully to leave him alone..and get out of his life!
