Have not/will not research Zalinsky any further. What little I know about him is that he campaigned as being anti-corruption and was elected in near free elections. Unless he cancels new elections at the end of his term, he is much better than the previous Ukrainan governments. And as pointed out previously he stayed in Kyiv instead of running or hiding. If he survives and Russia is driven out, Ukraine has a good chance of gaining even more freedoms.
