Corruption..If the records show that the tires purchased were good for 5 years and 90,000 miles, but with politicians and procurment officials each taking their slices, until what was put on the truck was 2 year 40,000 mile tires...that could cause a problem.
However, we may have no room to gloat, considering all the corruption we have seen uncovered, concerning $50K per month job with a foreign gas company, a Russian mayor's wife and the Chinese giving our politician's kids billions to play with! Even $75K each for some junkie's finger paintings..
