Texas Legend RWH....

I was doing some house chores and found this musician to listen to while I worked.
Talking about Ray Wylie Hubbard, a Texas legend, songwriter, guitar picker, philosopher, poet, and story teller. Well known in musician circles.

Ray Wiley Hubbard is well known on the Texas music scene. A legend? Maybe in some households,  but not mine.

I see him as a more sober Towns Van Zant. He writes better than he sings.

I guess he's written alot of hits for some well known artists. I'm not sitting in judgement of him at the Pearly Gates, so I found his Tennessee concert very entertaining and quirky. I gather he's held in high regard around western and rock music business.
Anyway that was the first time I heard of him, and I think he's an interesting guy and a pretty good musician and songwriter. But then I'm not passing judgement on his life so I enjoyed his fun concert......too bad others can't.

You've developed a real psychological problem with anyone who doesn't "completely agree" with you, no matter the topic, and come to rather extreme conclusions about their opinions.

Ray Wiley Hubbard was born less than a hundred miles from where I grew up. He was born in the litt community of Soper Oklahoma. A real Hicksville burg.
Hes wrote some good songs  for others, you don't here him on the radio very much, and he's known for his weirdness down here. He revels in being a little off center. The way he dresses, the way he acts, and his music.

Your problem is your own paranoia. If you read my first post with a clear mind, you wouldn't have jumped the shark so fast.
You need to get some help.

I've listened off and on to his music "for years", whether he sang it or someone else.

I just thought some of the guys here might enjoy his music. And I never heard of the guy until a couple of days ago.

Dee loves to poison the well to try to negate guys he doesn't approve....eg, guzzi, Argent, Darkgael, IG at times, use to be Lloyd was on his shat list but since they've made up. In this thread I though some guys might enjoy RWH, who is indeed a well known music Legend, but by dissing RWH he trying to diminish me.

Now I've been pronounced weirder than RWH; means I've broke on thru to the other side and an enemy of Dee's establishment scheme of things.
