Fried rice

  I rather enjoy Chicken flied lice.. but pork flied lice is good too.

   Curiously, the main source of meat in the People's Republic of China, is pork buy far.  In fact, that is why they are so quick to stamp out any sign of illness in hogs, and if anything happened to their hogs,
 much starvation would quickly ensue.

I am on a quest for good fried rice. Does anyone air dry their rice before frying? My fried rice always is to moist and sticky. What am I missing? My plan is to add the rice at the end with no sauces. Hell, I’ve tried everything else...

Funny that I had just watched a few youtubes on this, I have not tried any of these but they seem easy.

Thanks. I watched Ramsey’s video and it turned out the best I’ve ever made it. Room for improvement which is good because that fried rice was really good...

Only question I still have is covered or uncovered rice in the fridge prior to frying? I left it mostly uncovered and tossed it a bit to help it dry. Not sure if that helped or not.

My wife and I are retired so we had no mandate like that and would have chosen to not get the jab, but we travel a lot and cruise ships required it so we chose the one-and-done shot.
The main thing I’ve heard about the jabs is, they are not very effective.
All the conspiracies floating around don’t worry me, as they are just hot air.
None of our friends who got the various shots had any reaction to them.

of homemade chicken stock, and
the genuine Lowry's seasoned salt
and green onions

My mistake was adding to many Liquid ingredients directly to the rice and not cooking it in the correct order. I’ve found you can give 2 cooks the same ingredients yet have huge differences in the outcome. Also I was just calling you guys comedians and meant no offense.

It's nothing

They also cook at nearly red hot temperatures
in those big woks. For whatever reason, I see
a lot of people that never get their cooking
temperatures up for many different dishes.
Fried anything is the #1 example

Chicken stock, 5 spice, garlic, ginger, black pepper and other vegetables and sauces go in my stir fry, fried rice and my attempt at lo mein. Butt, unlike Chinese restaurants I use real chicken, no meow mix

  I'm kinda the same way, I really like meeooow chow, and like to eat it a few times a month.
