   Apparently the criminal involved was a genuine racist, and should have had his head holed upon the spot !
    It is said that he had some kind of a "manifesto" on social media, proclaiming his hatred.
  Of course, our sad excuse for a governor came right out, stirring the "white supremacy" pot for all she could get out of it !
   Apparently he posted his hate and evil intentions on socia lmedia, but somehow neither the "fact checkers" nor their other strainers caught it!  Hmmmm...

   Newsmax this morning..the guy was committed last year over those stated intentions, including hints at mass murder...yet he bought his Bushmaster ...  Where was the FBI nics checks?

   Also Newsmax..He was from Conklin, NY a town of about 5K, below Binghampton,  near on the PA border. His local congress rep said she read his "manifesto" and it was mostly mad garbage, but still threatening.
   
   The perp looks more like a lone wolf, nut case...but rather than check that out first, the Gov decides to play the race card.

   How will Dummkopf handle this?  Will he use it to unite Americans in finding a solution...or will he use it to further divide Americans?

   From what I understand, people in Erie county(where Buffalo is located), who have a handgun permit. are not allowed to just carry just anywhere..unless going to range or competition.

  However, those who live in neighboring counties can carry in Buffalo, since they are not dealing with the same stupid, city style restrictions placed upon their permits.

I found that info 5 or 6 years ago, or it could have been longer, and besides shrinks it was found that small departments were guilty quite often.

Criminals aren't convicted of crimes in police departments, they're convicted in the court systems.

It isn't the police departments, or sheriff's depts job to report convictions to NCIS. It's the court systems job, and the corresponding state.

So, the analogy of it being police depth fault is incorrect.

I believe the reported number is just NICS turn downs. Most of those are glitches and errors that are later corrected. No one is ever convicted for trying to buy a gun at a gun shop when they aren't legally allowed. The feds do nothing.

Now tho the Biden administration is planning to prosecute all who are turned down even those where it's just an error or glitch in the system at fault.

  Yesterday I was watching Spectrum news station on TV, talking about the Buffalo shooting, and they had a professor "nobody" (at least nobody to me) interview on, he said that all this "white supremacy" is caused by the radicalization of young people on conservative news, like FOX News and conservative shows like Tucker Carlson.

  Accordantly to him, conservatives want to keep America white.
