The poor get poorer.
The Middle Class carries the water.

NOTHING changes on this rock.
Exploration diverts attention.
Expensive exploration redistributes wealth and creates jobs.
Job creation is Political Capital.
Political Capital shields a plethora of corrupted ills.

Pay no attention to that Man behind the curtain.
