Zelensky, now a comic book hero..
« on: May 23, 2022, 04:20:33 AM »
  Whew! How things transpire!  Zelensky now a comic book "super hero" !

  I suspect that is a bit premature.  ..But then, I would find anyone who searches for their

    heroes in a comic book, to be a bit suspect !

Well, there's no doubt that Ukraine was a corrupt country (one of Bidens piggybanks), but when the school yard bully jumps on the little guy, folks naturally pull for the under dog. Especially if the little guy fights back.

I wouldn't be surprised but what there is an element of corruption in all those former USSR client states.  They learned the method well,and learned it from their Mama..Mother Russia..

  We have little to gloat about however, since we have tolerated the OBidens..

Never had a school yard bully offer any kind of agreement to avoid conflict like Russia did over and over and, well you get the idea even if you are buying into the main stream propaganda.

  Depends upon the nature of the "concession".  I suppose if the US suddenly turned expansionist, we could first offer "an agreement" to Canada, not to invade.
   Then finding Canada's answers to be inadequate...we could then invade them..  That way, we could claim those great grain growing provinces such as Alberta.....and gain the St Lawrence access, clear through to OUR Hudson Bay !
  Besides; those great mineral deposits of northern Ontario and northern Quebec, would be nice to have... and those fisheries of Newfoundland.....

Well ironglow, the United States has been bullying smaller countries, and forcing their will on them since the end of WWII. What do you think Korea, Vietnam, Panama, Iraq,  and 20 years in Afghanistan were all about?
Do you think our government really cares about Ukraine, or do they want to defeat Russia.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
  Korea..supporting an ally who asked help.  Note; the Korean war was purely defensive to start.
  Vietnam..Upholding a signed agreement called SEATO (Southeast Asia Treaty Organization)
   Panama..  The Monroe doctrine.
  Iraq & Afghanistan... An effort to deter any more 9/11 attacks.  Easy to Monday-morning-quarterback, but what would the public do to leadership who turned their cheek to 9/11?
  ...And Saddam did have WMD..but moved them to Syria.  As stated in his book by Georges Sada, Sadam's Vice chief air marshall.
  Also note, none of the conflicts mentioned, were of an expansionist manner..
  Take it or leave it ... I coudn't care less.
Amazing, but not surprising. ::)
