just read on fox news that 1/2 the baby formula in this country is bought by wic card holders. I knew some of it was bought that way but HALF?? Shows you just how wide spread the socialist welfare programs have got.

  I saw on news that Abbott Labs was contracted by the government to furnish formula for WIC and EBT, and the government got a kickback from each case.
   ...Makes one wonder if the money went back to the general fund..or in some politicians pocket. 

   Sorry, but I am quite cynical, when dealing with the Bidens, Obamas, Clintons or Pelosi..otherwise, why would the govenment get a kickback, rather than simply go for a lower price?

Went to Silver Dollar City and got separated from my wife.  Ended up going back through check in.  Had a backpack and they may check contents after going through the metal detector.  They first time they told me to go on through, the second time they checked my backpack and had me empty my front pockets.  First I pulled out my keyrings. 14-15 keys do have a bit of mass.  Then they had me empty my other pocket and I was a little leery.  First out was two knives, one with about a 3 inch blade, the other a tiny swiss army knife.  They did not say anything but I was already reaching in to get the rest.  I think they had to resist smiling when I laid a 6 foot tape measure with a metal case next to the knives.  They then sent me on in.
