Its a confusing, suspicious mess.

The fog of war.

Maybe he got keyed up on some new kind of drugs brought across the border by some illegals, or some of Joe's cartel buds, that he has opened the border for.

The problem with that is that it starts with “maybe” and as such it is pure unfounded speculation. It may be fun but it does nothing for the truth.

  Just like senile Joe and other Democrats...when they carries on about "white supremacists", "gun violence" and sundry other accusations..without any kind of proof.   ...When we know full well, there is no such thing as "gun violence", any more than there is "Baseball bat violence', "golf club violence" or even "frying pan violence"...and since that killer, using a car killed the "dancing Grandmas" of Wakesha, along with many others using a car...why don't we hear the Democrats whining about "car violence"..

  And for sure...they won't mention "illegal alien violence"...which may well have some legitimate basis in fact !
   At least when I suggested there could have been a drug problem...I said "maybe".. I didn't treat conjecture as a fact, as the leftists do!

  ....Doubt that conclusion ?   How about the stating that their "global warming" is fact...when it is far from a proven theory?

Back quite a few years ago, my cousins' husband (a Texas A&M graduate) was on my hometown schoolboard just about the time it became popular down here to vote prayer out of school. Well, sure enough, it came up, and he voted to remove prayer from our schools.

When he was defending their move I asked him: Since you voted God out of our school, what did you replace Him with?

His answer was: Nothing. I explained to him that anytime you push God out ,somebody else moves in. He ne never got it, like I said, he's an A&M graduate.

A few months later, he pulled his kids out of the school system, and started home schooling them, but remained on the school board.

LOL, he quit the Baptist church due to harassment, and tried the Methodist,  but that didn't work either.

Now, first of all, nobody can vote God out of anything,  but when you remove God from your childrens' curriculum, what do you replace it with.

All these young folks shootin up schools and such are lost.

Take the phones, the ipads, the X-boxes, and the "crap music", get'em outta public schools, and tell'em to go outside and play in the dirt. Teach to fish, and camp, and teach'em about God.

Do that, and the school shootins will be fewer, and farther apart.

If the issue at hand is the wanton murder of 19 children and two adults….the hows and the whys and the whos…..and you start talking about abortion and related politics, then we are no longer talking about the murders in Texas, a subject which needs our attention…as a group and as a nation.

Well if you were reacting to my post. Why didn't you reply to it directly? Why include Lloyd's post with it when you made your post about diminishing the crime?  If you didn't get it,  my point was that Biden could care less about the children shot in that school or any school for that matter. His lead in to his pathetic speech the other day after the shooting was just a lead in to talk about banning firearms, and writing more gun laws.  All Biden and his pack of radical leftists care about is their power, and getting more of it.  And to Loyd's point. If Biden cared about children being killed. He would not be promoting the mass killing of unborn children.  It seems you always have a hard time recognizing the lies from the radical left.

I'm hearing some disturbing reports on local police conduct in Uvalde this morning from more local sources, to the effect that local police, sheriff's deputies, and State troopers were more interested in setting up a perimeter than going in, and instead of the 3 minute response in contacting the shooter, it was more like 45 minutes,  and the Border Patrol did the heavy lifting.
Also, during this time, local law enforcement went in and got their kids, but wouldn't let parents while the shooter was still active.

Don't know if any of this is true, rumors, and speculation usually Flys in one of these incidents, but having known, and worked with numerous Texas Rangers over the years, I believe they will be forthwith the absolute truth on everything when finished with their investigation.

I appreciated Dee posting what the local news said, perhaps they are not so twisted up in the anti-gun rhetoric, so they can at least think straight ! 
  As one may suspect, the first one to get to the WHOLE story, would be Tucker Carlson...the man the lefties want to crush !

  What the national media seems to overlook:
   The grandma killings, the car chase and the gun play..are the symptoms of deeper problems.  Other questions could be asked..
   
  1) Does the kid spend many hours, playing violent video games?

  2) Does he perhaps have divorced parents who are fighting..and keep drawing him into it.. Or
   perhaps have parents who both have ignored him..leaving him with grandma?

  3) Is the school pumping him full of mind-bending drugs?

  4) Is he one who like the recent Buffalo shooter, who posted on line, his joy at executing a cat
    by beheading ?

  5) Has he been showing extreme tendancies that somebody should have caught, and helped him?

    So many questions...and it seems, only one stupid "answer" so far....

ya i saw the same. I hate to pass judgement because i wasnt there. but it seems they should have worried about stopping the shooter more then setting up a perimeter. Like you my guess is if there was hestitation it wasnt ther border guard officers. If they had fear they would have found another job long ago. One thing that gets me a bit too is all the talk about 18 year olds not being able to buy a gun. They amount of crime in this country by under 21s that legaly bought guns is minute compared to the murders that happen in our citys that doesnt seem to bother the democrats a bit. Id even say lets change that law but lets also make it so you have to be 21 to vote. Your vote is one of the most important decisions you make and if there to immature to own guns then they SURE arent mature enough to be trusted with picking the leaders of this country. That would absolutely crush the democrats.  But truth be told nothing is going to fix this. its moral decay and even if a republican gets elected he isnt going to turn that aroudn in 4 years. Probably not in 40 years.

Since watched a Texas Trooper supervisor over the Texas Ranger division. Straight shooter I think. Rumors, and speculation just that. Armchair quarterbacking in full swing. First officers on scene immediately engaged and were  met with heavy gun fire.
Were calling for backup during the first firefight. Reorganized started evacuation of other kids, and went in with Border Patrol SWAT and 2nd firefight took him out.

Yeah from what I have heard the cops went in, and ran back out when there was shooting, then obviously talked about it for half an hour.  So it was better that the shooter was shooting at little kids than shooting at them?  It appears that cowardice is the new normal.  Who knows? I believe Columbine was the first time that coward cops were shown on national news, they hid in the bushes while children died.
There's a million videos out there showing the same kind of cops brutalizing innocent civilians.

The question about why the back door was unlocked needs answers.  No open doors after Sandy Hook....is baffling. And the changing story and timeline is funny stuff.

Then we have this wonky trannie kid that just turned 18 with a parttime Wendy's job, but had enough money to buy around $3500 of gear.....2 AR rifles, one a high end Daniel Defense rifle about $2000, 350 rounds and magazines,  and armor gear.....probably more than $3500. And he had no drivers license but somehow got around town to collect this stuff.

Like i said all these shooters all seem to be odd balls,  but ideal for sheep dipped mk ultra  work.
