The Queen, The Queen!
« on: June 02, 2022, 01:32:36 AM »
Turned on Fox News this mornin and Ansley and company are in England slobbering over the queen. Their whole show is parades, and those tall hairy hats. Pierce Morgan is their enterprise. What the hell did Fox need with him?
While not as rabid, even Newsmax is showing "the queen" on "the balcony" of "Buckingham palace", with a cousin  that's dressed like a Mexican general.  ::)

From what I understand the Royal bloodline  goes all the way  back to the Kings of Israel and the House of David .

actually England makes money on her.
most of her property is used by the country to generate income and she gets a portion of that.
She has about 500 million in her pocket.

Yes, for some reason many of her subjects fawn over her like she's a god.
Men bow to her and women curtsy.

I would bow to nobody but JESUS.

(censored word) her. I am disgusted by the thought of royalty.  I would happy to hear her and all of her bloodline were dead.

Well I don’t wish them dead, but I am against royalty.
We kicked them out 250 years ago but the brits didn’t learn a lesson and kick King George out too.
Now they treat them like gods which is sickening.
They’re worshipping in the wrong place.

From what I understand the Royal bloodline  goes all the way  back to the Kings of Israel and the House of David .

Let's face it those various dynasties and kingdoms which arose during the dark ages, started out with a thug, who gathered  many warrior thugs about himself, to claim land & domain.

Starting with small holdings, they each struck out to conquer their neighboring thug, take over those warrior thugs and expand their land & influence.

The first major dynasty to come about was the Frankish Merovingian dynasty, running from the 400s to the late 700s, whose most notable king was named Clovis.
During the dark ages, the major, political church still held much allegiance among the peasants.. so taking a lesson from Constantine, they decided not to fight the power of the church, but instead utilize it ! How's that for "instant credibility" !

The church bosses, seemed to think it was a win/win strategy too.  To legitimize their claim, the Merovingians claimed royal descent..somehow, even from God !

Hey, it worked well for centuries for the Japanese emperor also!

We can still see vestiginal hints at this claim, when the royals are called by such terms as "Lord" and "your worship"!

As the Merovingian dynasty faded out, it was taken over by one of the henchmen of Clovis' son (can't recall his name, I'll have to look it up), but the guy who took over was Charles Martel or "Charles the Hammer"...Father of Charlemagne.

Thus was started the Carolingian dynasty...which led down to today.

  Added note;
We can thank Charles the Hammer for one great deed.  He met the invading hordes of Islam at the Battle of Tours (Tours France) AD 732...and essentially kicked their azzes out of Europe.

Islam did hang on in parts of Spain for a couple more centuries, until El Cid finished what Charles had started.

the British royal family is of lineal descent from the house of King David via a daughter of Zedekiah, the last king of Judah. According to this legend, the prophet Jeremiah, and his scribe, Baruch, escaped with "the king's daughters" (Jer. 41:10; 43:6) to Egypt. They later travelled to Ireland, where one of the surviving Judahite princesses, Tea Tephi, married a local High King of Ireland. From this fabled union the Davidic throne was supposedly preserved, having been transferred to Ireland, then Scotland and later England, whence the British monarchs are alleged to have descended.[46] The Stone of Scone, which has been used in the coronations of Scottish, English and British monarchs for centuries, is traditionally claimed to be identical to both the pillow stone which was used by the biblical patriarch, Jacob, and the coronation stone of King David.[3]

I seriously doubt there's anything Biblical about England's lineage.

Not quite, you're talking about something called by various names to wit:

  1) Replacement        theology

  2) Supercessionism        "

  3) British-israel              "

Basically, it claims that the so called "lost tribes" of Israel after their captivities in Assyria and
Babylon, left the area and travelled across Europe...through Britain and on to America.

There are cults who need such a story to complete their unique theology, some you will recognize..

   A) Jehovahs Witnesses    B) Mormonism      C) The late Herbert W Armstrong's..  World Wide church of God   Along with smaller offshoots and splinter groups.  This belief system does not stand up, either theologically or scientifically.

Some of it is rooted in anti-semitism..

Of course. genetically speaking..no male or female in a direct line of 3,000 years could have cheated and produced an illegitimate heir....and of course, we know the royals would never do such a thing !

The dialog you cut and pasted evenreferred to the story as a legend.  "According to this legend"

Here, Mike Winger, a well known Bible teacher explains replacement theology.
