I've experienced -20F with wind chill below -30F while living on Griffiss AFB in Rome, NY and that was more than cold enough for me.

 About -41F or -42 F for me...

  Sister, brother-in-law & brothers & their kids.... about -70F..in AK..

Coldest I experienced was in the late 70's in northern Illinois.  Temp was -27 degrees and the wind chill was -77 degrees.  Set a record.  Oh, and by the way, I was working that night pumping gas.

Dang and I thought England was  cold. No , the women were not ugly lol.  Like some elsewhere have said.
And their teeth are fine , they aren’t all fat. Go to our southern border you will see fat women.

-10 degrees is my coldest. I had retired by then so just went back in the house and stuck another log in the stove.
