Zelden is no Trump..he is not near as conservative as I would prefer, but he is likely the best we can expect, with
the big "scab by the sea" (NY City) that numerically dominates our politics.
The governor that is in place now was not elected, but put in place when crook Cuomo was dumped. If anything, she is worse than him, on constitutional rights.
She rose by election flukes, starting out as a town councilman in Hamburg, NY, a more or less affluent suburb of Buffalo (near the Bills stadium).
Back then, she had an A rating with the NRA, but once in Albany, she switched completely,,becoming a rabid anti.
Personally, I think she is a mental Joe Biden...and performs that way.
After the SCOTUS, using "emergency powers" the Demonrat dominated legislature gave to her, she has enacted some truly Draconian, anti gun measures.

In order for a CCW carrier to enter a business, the business would have to specifically welcome CCWs.
Some areas, such as churches are deemed "sensative areas" and in order to carry therein, one must be part of a 'security team'.
Checking further, just who could be on a security team is limited to a point where very few could qualify.
Sure, her stupid rules must be challenged, and the New York Rifle and Pistol Club, is already doing so.
But why must that be necessary, just because there are some city people who resent anybody having constitutional rights?
The murders are going on it the cities.. no reason they should try to crimp our way of living, since I cannot recall when the last killing took place in our county... other than deer, bear, beef, rabbits or coon...

BTW; dropping NRA membership..taking up NYSR&P Club membership. I have been waiting for NRA to start taking NY State to court, since most of these cases would be test cases..setting the ground work for later trials.
