Yasir Said, the egyptian cab driver
in DFW that killed his 2 daughters
then hid out for 12 years is on trial
and the jury is about to retire for
deliberations. His defense is that
he didn't murder his daughters and
an unknown assailant killed them
when he had fled.
One of the daughters made a 911
call naming Said as the perpetrator
and was begging for help as she
lay dying in Said's cab where he
had shot the sisters.
The DA wouldn't try for the death penalty
even though it was warranted in this case
if it ever was. That's part of the
reason that he's picked up the nickname
of " Let-em-go Creuzot"
He has a reputation of being soft on crime
in general, very soft on any crime where
the accused is a person of color.
After he announced he would no longer
consider theft cases, needless to say
theft rates skyrocketed
Shame they won't put this mad dog
murderer in the dirt where he belongs
