Sad day in NY City !

  It's a a sad day, when a poor, struggling preacher gets robbed while he is preaching.  This poor 'bishop' was held up at gun point, right in the middle of his sermon
  Not only that, but they took his wedding band, his golden bishop's ring, his golden 'bishop chains'..and all the rest of the gold bling he was wearing!

  The bishop said he had turned some subway crooks in earlier, so that may be the reason he was robbed.
   He lamented at the time, that the local media kept mentioning his Rolls Royce..because that wasn't taken..

  Mayor Eric Adams was upset however, that such a 'man of god' should be so mistreated.

  ...Strange, but  the mayor doesn't seem near so upset when thugs run rampant in a crime rampage in the city's subways..

  I am just as outraged as the mayor....but for a far different reason...

  By the way, you need not read the praises given the bishop, on the golden curtains behind him !

What is equally - at least - as outrageous is the fact that the “Bishop” received his gold and his car from his “flock”. What is it in people that allows them to see a man bedecked in excess that they have provided and continue to support him?

What is equally - at least - as outrageous is the fact that the “Bishop” received his gold and his car from his “flock”. What is it in people that allows them to see a man bedecked in excess that they have provided and continue to support him?

   ...And notice, the video said there were 100 congregants in the building, the bishop added that they included men, women and children.
   How does a congregation of that size afford such a costly bishop?
