I am not opposed to this, a person should be able to decide what to do with their remains.  I mean, we have evolved from, possibly, leaving bodies out to decay, to cremation, burial, dissolving etc., why should others decide what is right upon your death?.  I also feel that, once reported to the proper authorities, a family should be able to do their own burials on their own land if they so choose, funeral services have become such an expensive racket.

cant argue that but the gist of this is they want to do it to unclaimed bodys. Its a matter of newsome not wanting to spend the money he wastes on power lunches and crazy green energy policys burying homeless people and the covid cases he has stacked up. Im sure there will be a different set of rules for the rich. You wont see bodys rotting or burials in rich sub divisions. Cant even cut a tree in most of them. You are righ though. Funerals have become way to expensive. Its nothing to drop 20k on a middle of the road package. Even cremation is insane. I can cremate a dog in the same crematorium for a 150 bucks that charges 6-7 times that amount to do a person. Now if i lived in town i wouldnt want bodys burried in the neighbors yard. But out in the country with no neighbor's i have no problem with. Sure should be legal in a rural area to have a fire and burn a body to ash. I sure wont be wasting even 5k on my funeral. Shake and bake and throw me out at camp.

Did anybody read the book named," SOYLENT GREEN " ?  For those who don't read, there was a movie made
of the book, starring Charlton Hesston and Leigh Taylor-Young.

Ironically, it is set in NY City of the year 2022...too much pollution, too many bodies to dispose of.  So ergo..
convert t e bodies to food to feed the masses..  That food is called " Soylent Green ", a composition of Soybeans, lentils and human flesh..which the PTB doesn't admit.

If Nabisco comes out with GREEN WAFER CRACKERS = Watch Out!!

Meat is meat, and we have to eat. Words expressed - but, not divulging - the full story. I remember seeing Soylent Green many years ago and pondering a future where our society could be forced to make such drastic decisions. This movie thrusts the viewer into a time when scarcity is commonplace and ordinary staples for our existence - a rarity. Charelton Heston portrays a futuristic cop in a world gone absent - from today's standards. Quite an alarming view of future conditions!  This movie is a precursor to "Escape From New York". An entertaining sci-fi classiRead full review…"

Do those excerpts have a familiar ring?  Interesting that this 1970s movie was set for 2022...
