Used to watch a good many PBS
shows. They're way way too woke
for me now.
That is what I thought also. Glad you said it first as I get enough attacks here. PBS is right there with NPR and MSNBC...
That all depends on the day of the week and time of day you watch, up here we have 4 different, same studio home, PBS channels and as I said, Sat.( and Sunday) plus weekday mornings there are some pretty good shows, often.
The cooking , antique, building and travel shows are quite interesting.
My favorites are/were New Scandinavian Cooking and Woodwrights Shop but sadly the gent who made N.S.C. so good, retired this year and Woodwright last show was filmed Dec. 2016; I wated that show for over 30 years.
After noons and some evenings get pretty bad but now they scrambled the schedule so they are scattered (used to be a couple of day they were all the same days) the British mystery shows are quite interesting,
BUT, and this is on some recently filmed shows, the mysteries have homosexual men shown as being persecuted.
You do not know they are homosexuals till the end of the show and that is why they had problems blah, blah, blah.
Sad, makes a good mystery a queer polical farce.
