Just the wicked, "woke" left, trying to lead more people down the trail to anther form of slavery.

Like any hallucinogenic drug, it may start out as a great "trip"..or even cathartic.  ...But for the one who tries it, it becomes a
  merciless slave master.

  A close parallel to this warning given in Proverbs;

3 For the lips of a strange woman drop as an honeycomb, and her mouth is smoother than oil:

4 But her end is bitter as wormwood, sharp as a two-edged sword.   (Prov 5:3-4)

those colorado liberals are just left over hippys from the 60s that actually made money ripping people off for 30 years and now want to commune with nature again. Went to Colorado about 10 years ago. Id bet 75percent of the men i saw there had pony tails.

not exactly sure what happened, but somehow
people have lost all ability to cope with adversity,
and need chemicals to cope.
i can imagine if my parents had not had the fortitude
and mental toughness to grow up during the
great depression and make their way as young adults
and as a married couple, that i would not likely
be here now.
sad to think about, but i don't need chemicals to
face today and the next day

You can go out and find them up here with little effort; unless you are selling them who really gives a damn if they are legal or not, good grief

Ah yes!  Magic mushrooms..a panacea for the masses..  In his book "Brave New World", Aldous Huxley called it "Soma"..

"That men don't learn from the lessons of history, is one of the most important lessons of history" (Aldous Huxley)

When I worked for IBM they transferred me to the enormous Boulder facility. Boulder was described in 1975 as: "10 square miles surrounded by reality".

Well, I guess that isn't the case anymore.

Following their politics in Colorado, it looks like they are doing plenty of hallucinating in Colorado, with or without mushrooms..

Never heard of the "Native American Church" until now. Looked it up, and "no thanks".

Yes, I understand the native tribes had a concept of a supernatural guiding spirit..in Algonqin  it was referred to as "Manitou", but surely
other tribes or language groups had their preferred term.

They shared many taboos, however, to speak of an organized native American "church" , would be a stretch..
