  The primary catching up they must do if  they wish parity with the US on this chart, is the catching up in the gross national product count. 
   We are in a petroleum driven economy, with nothing on the horizon to adequately replace it !  The Demonrat administration spends trillions..(which our grandchildren must repay), rather than spend a couple billion, finding a way to burn fossil fuels even more efficiently.

   If they don't find a way to influence China, India and Russia, concerning their polluting ways..they will be like the man who is trying to shovel snow from his driveway, while his neighbor employs a snow blower..and fills up the man's driveway faster than he can shovel!

So What? CO2 is not a poison. Without it we die. Anyway CO2 makes up a very small percentage of our atmosphere. and it doesn't have much to do with warming the atmosphere. Water vapor is what causes the atmosphere to warm, but that isnt mentioned by the alarmists because it can't scare people.
If you don't read the article, at least read the last paragraph. I know the article goes against your indoctrinated belief that CO2 is such a bad gas.
Just look at the people who are sounding the global warming alarm. That should be enough to at least make you think it might not be true.
