    I could understand a simple test on current events...just to ascertain that a voter is paying some small attention to what is going on in the world.  I am not interested in encouraging people to vote who are not aware of anything beyond the end of their block, and spend their time partying and may be smoking dope.

check your facts. Half of those are democrats. Now ask the democrats ONLY if they want biden to run again and id bet youd be looking at less then 30 percent. Throw in the republicans and i doubt it would be 5 percent. Well maybe not. It might actually be more like 80 percent because every republican in the country would probably love to see biden run. What a slam dunk that election would be. Theyd be throwing in the towel after the first debate. That is if this time they could get biden out of the basement.
