21 Best Hot Dogs in the World

I went through this and there were 7 of them that I would not think twice about getting, the rest it is not a hot dog.

This thing is not a hot dog.

Chicago is known for its hot dogs. One of the worst cities food wise I travel for work. Headed to Butte Montana tomorrow the hanging 5 has good food.

The world has gone condiment crazy
the last few decades.
Just me-  if the main dish item can't
stand on it's own without heaping the
condiments on top, it was either cooked
wrong or was poor quality to start with.
Beef steak is a prime example.
If it needs a bunch of sauce or seasoning
to make it edible, cooked wrong or
trash meat

The best hotdogs I've ate just got
mustard if anything, occasionally
some kraut.  Had some exemplary
hot dogs/sausages at the Muenster
German Fest in the past. They
didn't need anything except biting
18 MINUTES.  . . . . . .

I like Chile cheese hot dogs. I put green hot sauce on them.

I like Chile cheese hot dogs.
Yeah,  they're ok, especially with some good
eyewatering onions heaped on top.
But making such a thing can be done
just as well with those 89 cent a package
hotdogs.  Doesn't have to be a good grade
when the condiments are heaped on.
Not claiming to be a hotdog snob.
I've cooked a lot of those cheapies on
the grill to make a chili dog or two
18 MINUTES.  . . . . . .

A good wiener, will make the mustard, sauer kraut or onions, taste better, and vice-versa.
