Great message at church today.

 Our lead pastor lives north, just over the county line.  His county is shut down, due to the blizzard..NO Travel..
 
  So, our associate pastor filled in, delivering a message based upon John chapter #1.   He explained how we should
  discriminate between light an darkness..Jesus being the light of the world.

  He utilized what is perhaps my favorite verse.." Jesus said to him, " I am the way , the truth and the life, no one comes to the Father, except through me" .  (John 14:6)

  Dinner with my son and his wife..all in all,  pleasant Christmas day.

  Pastor Mack is a great guy. Served the Lord for many years, and now basically retired, and a member/elder at our church.
  I like to call him an associate pastor, although it s an unpaid role.  He fills in and poreaches at other churches if needed.

  Here is his message, if anyone wishes to see it.  Filling in during the blizzard..he was just "winging it" !
