      Ashli Babbit was involved in a disturbance, she entered the capitol building..carrying NO WEAPON.  There, she
   came upon a partition or wall, with windows about 4 feet off the floor.
   
    Somebody broke some of the windows before Ashli arrived, and she stood there, shouting through the broken
   window.  Whereupon a black capitol policeman chose to shoot her in the face..killing her.

Your right. It's a "FACT" that Ashley Babbitt was shot while climbing through a broken window in a barricaded door. And she was wearing a red and white stripped "backpack with unknown contents" and the video in the link I've posted shows this. .

Also, there is ZERO evidence of any kind out there, or reported  in her autopsy, that she was pregnant.

She and her husband however, were however involved in a "throuple", so its good that she also didn't have kids that would have been exposed to such a lifestyle.

I'm not saying I agree with the cop. But in "the video I provided", and the video that was played over, and over for days, on almost every news channel  nationwide. Ashli Babbitt was clearly shot while climbing through the broken window on the barricaded door. There is no question of that "fact". Anything less is denial of the obvious.
 
As the devils advocate, if I were on the other side of that door, without the "2020 hindsight" now available, I would be very concerned with what was in that backpack, worn by someone committing a very irrational act.
