David Crosby, the brash rock musician who evolved from a baby-faced harmony singer with the Byrds to a mustachioed hippie superstar and an ongoing troubadour in Crosby, Stills, Nash & (sometimes) Young, has died at 81, several media outlets reported Thursday.

Weeeellll, he weren't no superstar" at my digging. I was fortunate enough to  have channel changers on all my audio receivers that functioned properly anytime such a mess commenced.

david crosby alone? Not much but crosby still nash and young together was kind of magic. Like a modern day babershop quartet. But for sure a group of four super liberal hippys

Young needed someone to drowned him out. Can't stand to listen to him solo. I was never a fan of the group but wasn't "Southern Cross" or something like that one of their songs? It I could listen to.

There was strong bitterness towards him even within Crosby, Stills & Nash.
When he was with the Byrds, their music was very harmonic; bad personality with huge musical talent.

Now days Niel Young sure is showing his age. And i cant see what Daryl Hannah sees in him.  But, it’s well known she gets around a lot.
