Grab it if you find it..

     Back in 1971 0r 1972 , my wife bought me a Winchester model 320, .22 caliber rifle..  Upon using it, I found it to be
    surprisingly accurate. It has a 5 round magazine, so a few years later, when I decided to order an extra magazine,
   I had a hard time finding one..until I was clued in.
   I found that the rifle was made for Winchester by Kimber, which at that time was located in Australia.  No surprise
   then that it is exceptionally accurate.

  Of course, I guess people in the know are already aware of their value, but* if you happen to find one at a good
  price, don't pass it up!

   As is my habit, it resides in my son's safe...and I have no doubt it will stay in the family.

I know ownership and location of Kimber has moved around some but I've never heard of them being in Australia. That's a new one on me. Like everyone is always asking, got a link?

  Curiously; Not long ago a member chided me for posting links..saying, very few want to take time to read them,
  or watch a video.

   I just figured if somebody doesn't want to read a link..they can just ignore it.. Not surprisingly, I have found that
   when I make a statement that raises someone's curiosity... often they ask for a link..

  ...And I don't blame them for asking for a link...that is why I normally try to offer one before they ask.

  BTW: My original statement stands..if you find a Winchester 320 at a decent price..grab it; it's a keeper.

  Perhaps some don't know, but Australia still produces a very accurate rimfire rifle.  It is built by Lithgow
   Firearms, and many rate them up there with Anschutz and Voodoo.

I am aware of Lithgow but don't think I was of Kimber's Aussie connection, at least if I did I had forgotten it.
