Things are looking up for Alec and the armorer
« on: February 21, 2023, 06:26:42 AM »
NM just reduced their charges to involuntary manslaughter even after the FBI found the gun couldn't accidentally fire on it's own. We all knew that it couldn't of course.

I8 months and a $5,000 fine is the penalty if convicted. Santa Fe County brought the charges so I still say they both will skate right out the door, free and clear. If I am wrong then I expect the judge will issue a suspended sentence and business as usually will continue. I also saw where the production company for the movie intends for him to continue as the star.

You've painted a pretty accurate picture of present day New Mexico so I figured you'd do something like that. Baldwin is a pos on so many levels one just hates to see him skate over and over.

Baldwin sure ain't safe with a gun, or any gun. He was also acting pretty stupid with that rife in the movie The Edge.

Baldwin's name was on the released flight log list for Epstein Island. No surprise there.

It has been revealed that the district attorney jumped the gun so to speak with the original charges. The added the 5 year inhancement didn't become law until 3 months after the shooting occurred. Just more incompetence by NM law enforcement. If this state were a country it would be a true banana republic.

Read where a judge had ordered a fine of $100,000 dollars to be paid. Guess it goes to her family. Chump change to Hollywood people. Somebody needs to go to jail-period!

Apparently when the criminal charges are settled..then her survivors can bring a civil suit.  Keep in mind, the family of George Floyd collected millions.

Baldwin has pled not guilty and the court has given him the go ahead to start filming even though it will put him in close contact with some of the witnesses.
