I have been through that a few times. I was lucky with the first as it split and went on both sides of my home and outbuildings. Another went by with the edge about 200 yards north of my house and then another about the same distance to the south. There is no stopping them. The fire departments have finally learned to not chase them and instead set up at homes in their path and protect those. The grass will grow back when it eventually rains.Visability is about half a mile now but was less earlier. Lot of dust in the air, more tree limbs down, and more shingles to glue down when the wind lets up.Here is hoping you are OK when this over with.
