Don't have my book right here but I usually use either H335 or Varget and have good results.

For shooting PD's mine likes 25.5 grains of W-748 and a REmington 7.5 primer. Not eye popping velocity, but mild and very accurate.

i came up with 22.6 h4198 did a good job on them out to 300 yards
