Is the Boltman Still in Business?
« on: March 15, 2004, 06:47:13 AM »
On one of the Mosin-Nagant forums, there is a guy that is advertised as the Boltman.  He specializes in welding turned down bolt handles on Mosin-Nagants and also cutting and rewelding bolt handles on Mausers to accomplish the same.  I tried sending an E-mail with no response.  His advertised prices looked very reasonable. Does anyone know if he is still around?
Thanks!

I've not heard of the gentleman but on then mauser such a project is not difficult at all.  the Moisan is another matter..but can be handled..  Perhaps a local smith,..
