Taurus .218 Bee 6.5" bbl

  Hi guys:

I have a Taurus Tracker in a .218 Bee and it is a nice looking gun.  I've been trying some loads with it and so far I have not found the best for this gun (I will keep on trying).  Any way, one observation on this gun is that only two out of the 7 chambers will hold the .224 cal bullet and the other 5 will pass them through easily.  Basically, what I do is that I drop a new bullet from one side of the cylinder and comes out through the other side without much resistance; except 2 of the 7 chambers.  My .44 Mag S&W model 629 has all of its chambers tight that does not allow the bullet to easily fall trough it.

Do you think my Taurus .218 Bee has a problem because of that?  Or would this affect accuracy or other things that I am not familiar with?

If you think there is something wrong I would have a gunsmith take a look at it and if something was found amiss send it back to taurus. If the problem is resolved or not is another story. Personally I would be concerned if all the cylinder bores were not the same, it makes you wonder if they cant even machine the cylinder correctly what else is not correct.
