7.62x25 Ammo

I was wondering if we could have a thread discussing the various flavors 7.62x25 ammo and how they run through our guns.  I understand, for example, that the ChiCom and Bulgarian ammo are considered evil, which is cool.  I know that S&B and Winchester (aka repackaged S&B) are good stuff, at least in my CZ-52.  Anyone have thoughts on the Romanian surplus out there?  Any other options?

85 gr Sierra soft-round-nose & Hornady 90 gr XTP Hollow-points @ 1700 fps .

I'll let you know tommorow :).  I'm getting in some S&B rounds to test out, and after I shoot some of those I've got a couple boxes of Hornandy 90gr XTP's and a new set of Tokarev dies to make some custom loads with :).

I went to a big gun show yesterday and noticed a nice selection of surplus 7.62 X 25, most was in these small bundles tied up with a string, it had cyrillic writing on the front.  I prefer to use the S/B or Winchester brand in my CZ-52 pistol, but it would be a plus if I could trust the safety of using the surplus ammo for variety.

It is frustrating to not know if the mil-surplus stuff available is safe or not.  I know what to look for in the Bulgie, and I stay away from the Jugo as I heard the primers are hard, with misfires, I want to avoid the machine gun ammo as it is hot.  Is there a list of maker's markings to avoid, and others that are good that I could copy for the future shows?
