Said this for years an nobody agreed.
Our immigration and naturalization folks are just plain lazy as a department. Seems like it is a political appointment to payoff a supporter. Those folks have the resources, and the help from other departments to keep track of our visitors. There are some departments that could do a better job keeping the flow of illegals from getting in. I doubt you would eve stop it.
Should be no trick whatsoever to keep track of em though, Seems like if they don't know how the Ag. folks could give em a few helpful hints.

Guess there's a principle here. Easier for the gov't to focus on someone easier to nab than on a willful violater. Look out!

Still goes back to the Department and the management of such. Just need to be more focused and dedicated to doing the job, I think.

I'd say give each illegal a cow. That way the illegals would be easier to keep track of.
