sighted in my .223 in 40 to 50 degree weather,today around 80 first shot 2 1/2 inches high,2 inches left,does temp effect it that much?

Yes temp. can affect some powders. If you work up hot loads in the winter they can be really hot in 90 degree temp. I've loaded some calibers in the summer,and when it got colder they chrono as much as 100fps slower. Digger

so maybe i better back it down some,it doesnt group as good either.i loaded it with h335 26.5,cci450 primer,speer tnt 50 grain.

That's the powder load I use with 40 V max's for my best accurcy load. Digger
