5mm to 5mm Mag?
« on: March 20, 2004, 06:46:34 PM »
Since 5mm ammo is so hard to find, and when you do it cost an arm and leg, would it be practical to bore the 5mm to 5mm Mag?

I have a 10 inch octagon contender barrel that I might as well be using for a trout line weight since I can't fire it.  I was told this is a good conversion for the barrel.

Any comments?   :cb2:

rockbilly :D ,

Check out Certech International's web page, just might have the answer to your problem.  Myself, I've been looking for a 5mm Super 14 barrel in 5mm, so I can use their reloadable 5mm rounds.
