Mammoth Nation Website
« on: April 02, 2023, 04:19:18 AM »
Does anyone here shop at Mammoth Nation?  They advertise that they offer things to buy from NON-woke companies.  They also support people like GOA and veterans.  They have a link also to Newsmax.

No, I don’t pay membership fees for others to make a profit off me. The products I buy should be good enough for them to make a profit on and sell themselves. No sams club or any other memberships for me.

You cannot see prices and compare without joining in one mode or another.
We belong to SAM'S and save a lot on drugs and food , packaged dry products, you are buying generally larger amounts, though hamburger you can save a lot of money.

If it didn't make cents, I wouldn't do it.  You two are missing out on better prices and SAVINGS.

I tried Sam's club for a while and just couldn't see no benefit for my wife and me. Maybe businesses or huge families but not for me.

Mebbe so, butt, if I have to pay a fee just to see, I’ll just shop around and do well doing so...

Point is, is this truly a conservative shopping avenue? If so, I would be more interested...

Had a Sams membership many years ago, they had some bargains but many items were not.  Oil for an oil change cost about 20% more than from WalMart.

You're right.  Some things are more, but I don't buy those.  I save much more than my membership fee on the things I do buy.

Absolutely, remembering that Sam's is owned  by Walmart, certain things at Walmart are always higher than Sam's and vice-versa.
Nowaday, the food sites, all you here is Costco, Costco, Costco so the owners of Costco must be shuffling money to  them some how.
On rare, very rare occasions there will be comparisons heads-up, or which is better for which item.
Bakery goods, milk, cheese, some meats (large bags of snacks)  are definetly cheaper at Sam's, but Sam's milk now comes in plastic jugs and dairy products in platic jugs go bad long before same item in card-board cartons.
Stay away from the Sam's premium meat dept. (not packaged) , if your store has one, a genuine butcher shop will be cheaper on average.

Occasionally, I  go with people that have memberships from Sams & Costco and get what I need and  they pay at check-out  And I reimburse them outside the store.
