Mine is a 1936 m71 .348 long tang with the factory bolt peep sight. It only took me 50 some odd years to find one to buy . As far as I'm concerned it is the best hunting rifle ever built , bar none. I will be looking for another one at some point to build a .450 Alaskan on and want an original '86 in .33 Winchester.
