So the Donald is not guilty of rape, but he battered and said bad things about a crazy woman a long time ago.  At least that is what a phony New York jury has ruled.  Strangely, there is no evidence nor witnesses.  Probably the same group of morons that got Trump on 34 counts of mopery.

  One very slick (crooked) thing the plaintiff did and the judge (?) allowed..She couldn't remember when the alleged incident happened.
   Since she can't 'remember', the hour, day or even the year...there is no way Trump can produce an honest alibi.

   If she produced a day or even week he was supposed to have done this, he may very well be able to PROVE he was in France, Scotland or the Bahamas that week.

   Newsmax said this morning, that the "judge" refused to allow some DNA evidence.

The law experts on Fox, they ar actually lawyers, said it will be overturned but if it were any one but Trump, over turning it would quicka and easy; for Trump they change the rules.

  Much depends upon where the appeal will be heard.  If he can get it heard in a venue that is more honest than the Manhattan, or southern district of NY courts, it would likely be overturned.
