Biden is possibly the final glaring example of why the Electoral College needs to be revised.  Since this country is comprised of fifty individual states, I believe the chief executive of these united states should all have an equal vote in the final selection of the President.  That would at least give each state an equal importance in the actual election of the leader.  The allocation of a greater number of votes to the over poopulated states has too often resulted in some real losers for the Head Cheese.
