  Only view this Ryan Hall fellow upon occasion, but he seems to be spot on most times.  He predicts a very active El Nino this year, giving the
  north a hot, dry summer, while the south is to get a cooler, wetter summer.

I'm convinced that weather men have no more clue than folks like us about el nino or hurricane season. They are just wild ass guessing same as us.
