Lots moving from outside to small communities
for the "small town charm" , then they don't

Yeah--I don't know about X's and Y's, but I have seen female looking persons who came with an extra attachment, but only in pictures.  Makes one wonder if it works both ways.  Never seen a picture of a male rigged with an iny and an outy.
