Current stats rank any shooting where 4 or more people are shot or killed a mass shooting. I guess that makes most drive by shootings mass shootings.

I'd like to see the stats on mass shootings that isn't black on black. I'm betting most of them are just that black on black.

They call'em "mass shootings" for media effect, but most shooters are black. Maybe someone should ban the sale of guns to blacks, or just ban blacks.
