There shouldn't be a reason
that it's not been made public.
Shooter is dead.
There shouldn't be any ongoing
investigation.
No reason to not release it.
No real reason anyway

Well, a girl that thinks, or wants to be, a boy, shoots up a school? Now shes failed the room temperature challenge, and I don't feel the need to read her manifesto.

I'm not especially interested in the content.
They're not releasing it because they don't
want the general public to see what a nutcase
this pinhead was,  and how she/it should
have been locked away in an insane institution
instead of running around loose in public
while the relatives enabled and made excuses
for her/it
Ordinarily, the general public could plainly
see that a pinhead nutjob like this one
needed shock treatment, or lithium or
whatever, just by the actions taken.
But people are very detached and apathetic
today,  and they need to see how deranged
she/it was.

That, and the PTB are probably afraid that
the public will start taking a bunch of the
leftover perverts out to prevent a repeat
performance.  ( it'll come eventually anyway)
