i think the new democrap goal is just to push through as much of their insanity as they can so it ties up the next president for the next 4 years trying to recoup from this insanity so that he gets nothing done and they can scream to the voters that the republicans havent changed a thing. just so that their party survives, and all those politicians can hold on to their cushy jobs
