I saw him somewhere years ago but I can't
remember where
Used to be a good many of those entertainers
at these shabby dives around DFW
The old Sportatorium, Cowboys, Longhorn Ballroom
Saw Willie and Delbert Mcclinton, Charlie Pride,
Stevie Vaughn, The Texas Jam in the old Cotton
Bowl, a bunch of others I can't remember.
Probably the best and most talented all around
was Charlie Daniels at Cowboys. Played
every instrument on stage. Saw some at
the old Granada Theater on Greenville that
I can't remember

Way different scene today. Can't go
anywhere without somebody wanting
to fight for whatever reason, not to
mention it costing about 10 times
more than it did then
18 MINUTES.  . . . . . .

Jake's daddy and Bobby Flores were great.
