    Sgt Andrews, a Marine sniper, could have stopped the suicide bomber who killed 13 of our finest, during the shameful Afghan pullout..  Andrews had the bomber in his sights BEFORE the bomb was detonated..but he was REFUSED permission to engage.

     One picture shows the sergeant before the event, the other shows his since the bombing,   IMO..    SHAME!... on the national leaders, both civilian
    and military..

  It would have been a "chip shot" for the Marine..
