Heard some "news" earlier
The announcer said " the wind from the
hurricane shoved the water way up past
the shore. . ."
It's really sad to me to see all the dumbing
down we've done to make different people
fit in, and discarding the correct and proper
English spelling and use of words in the
proper context, and the use of proper nomenclature
Just shows how far we've fallen down the
3rd world sewage hole
I started noticing years back when all the
spelling bees were being won by kids with
names like Rathseti Habjisangdofa, and
the "news " people started used urban slang
terms instead of the proper nomenclature
for things and places
