"Minor " crimes aren't punished anymore.
The criminal is now portrayed as the victim,
and the real victim of a crime is chastised
for not having adequate insurance, multiple
alarms and cameras and burglar bars, etc.
People should leave other people and their
belongings alone. You should be able to
set whatever down on your own property,
and it be right where you sat it whenever
you come back for it
People enable and make excuses for lowlifes
especially if they're their children or relatives
or friends.
People don't seem to realize that in a time
of WROL that a "minor " theft will not end
well for the criminal
