   Some politicians, even Republicans (Rinos) are vseeking to prevent Pres Trump from running.  They are citing the 14th amendment..

  Even some in Oklahoma..a very red state are suggesting that thise is a reason to deny

    Specifically, they are dwelling on a particular phrase in article 14, section 3... , so let's take a look at it !

But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability."

January 6th was NOT and insurection.  Were weapons used?  It was a protest to be heard that got out of hand.  All the people wanted was for congress and the vice president to DELAY confirmation of he election until all the possible cheating and voter fraud was investigated.  No one wanted to OVERTHROW the government, just investigate the cheating and voter fraud and LISTEN to them.  Since no weaons were used it was not an insurection, it was a protest to be heard.  No one listened.  This has made all Trump supporters angry, and I still hear them everyday.  Most believe the GOP or a Libertarian can never win another national election due to so much fraud in mail in ballots, electronic voting machines that can be hacked, and running boxes of ballots through the counting machines either without verifying or multiple times.  A lot of this was shown on TV from many many sources and totally ignored.  I like the idea that some third world countries use, one vote, one person and dip their finger in ink when they vote, so they can't come in again and vote for their dead relative.  Helps cut down on cheating.  Also votes should be counted and observed all counting by all parties on the ballot, GOP, Dem's, Libertarian, or other, for a true vote count.

  I recall hearing Trump speak live, where he said to demonstrate "peacefully and patriotically".  Yes, he did say "fight like HeII"..

  That last phrase is so often used, I am surprised it is not worn to tatters !  Nobody takes the term "fight" literally anymore..
   
     How often do we hear Democrats themselves say such as..  "We will fight for your rights."  or "I will fight to save unions".. they are shouting
     nearly daily, that they will "fight" for something..

  Let's be fair.. when we hear Bernie or Elizabeth Warren say they will "fight" for something..do you really expect them to take a
    sword or gun to the capital.

  I looked for a video showing Pres Trump saying those words, but it appears the media has squelched it...so I had to turn to other reporters

  Seeking truth..Be honest with yourself, and compare the so-called "insurrection", where the "primary rioter" was escorted through the building
  by capital police,..... with the previous riots that were organized and pulled off, to honor a habitual criminal, who died while resisting police.

It is beyond the 14th Amendment. If this next election is reminiscent of the last one, it becomes "a misunderstood 2nd Amendment" issue.

  WEll, I am not a Republican, but being a conservative..I am as distressed about the corrupted election we suffered through in 2020, and I can tell
    you, that almost everyone I know, believes the election was stolen.

   But neither they nor I, will soon be taking a case to court... and I suspect you may possibly have some idea of the cost of doing such.

   The crooks have financially broken Gen Flynn and many others...and that seems to be their MO..(modus operandi)..."find them guilty if you can,

  We do have one prime choice.. The one who had our friends more friendly and our enemies running scared. The one who had gas at $2, and eggs for $1, with the producers and consumers BOTH happy.  The man who led in the defeat of iSIS..and who would never have left an entire army's worth of our top military equipment to be shared between China, Russia and Japan.  THe man that made us proud to be Americans and "made America great again".
