  Here is a list of former American owned companies... now owned full or partially by foreign investors, mostly CCP..

Looks like most are European…. The divisions sold were mostly already made China, and IBM spun off most “manufacturing” decades ago - just like most other “electronics” companies. ie HP, Xerox, Lucent (Ma Bell) etc.
