Seems strange, how the Army once had the DEI all figured out. same rights an privileges for all, even though RHIP. Army had female only units for
women, and no racism or perverts allowed.
Rarely even heard any such complaints..and only on rare occasions were perverts tossed..that was generally managed before enlistment/induction, or
during basic training.
No such distressing issues, until the Obamas came along...I wonder why...
Where in the world did you come up with that notion? Blacks had separate barracks, mess halls, menial job assignments, were considered inferior, and so on. So were native Americans. Tha changed somewhat after WWÌI, but still hung on through the Vietnam Era. You likely didn't notice because you were white.
I was in approximately 1980 to 1984 and there was zero segregation. Everyone treated like shat. Crackers, wet backs, chinks, niggers, spiks, slopes, probably missed a few, so sorry for the pussies hurt feelings fags were tossed out under section 8, the rest of us got along and sometimes a bit of blood shed. In the end I believe we all worked together.
But it hasn't always been that way. Right?
Uhhhh...I didn't say it had
always been that way and I don't consider it analogous to the discussion! I was speaking of the Army of the last 75 years, and I doubt many here served more than 75 years ago.
If we want to go back far enough, black soldiers served for both the union and confederacy..as well as the revolution and every war between,
and they did it in separate units. They were once used as slaves too !
I believe my statement was clear to most, but of course, I shjould have expected some kind of a "higher criticism' from you..
Let's try another statement , that you can rip apart..have at it ! Enjoy !
Other than water, the chief ingredient in oatmeal, is oats.
